This used RUSTIK MASTER 400 woodworking brushing machine is designed for final surface finishing—fine sanding, structuring, smoothing and other finishing applications. The specific surface treatment depends on the type of tool used—brush. The machine is suitable for small and medium-sized workpieces made of wood or composite materials based on wood, as well as certain plastics.

The feed belt is considerably worn. Replacement with a new feed belt can be ordered and fitted.

Surface treatment, structuring, and graining. These operations are primarily intended for surface finishing of solid wood workpieces, aiming to create or highlight the natural wood grain structure. For this purpose, brushes of various hardnesses are available. The selection of the appropriate tool depends on the work process requirements and the desired surface structure. The working parts of these tools are made from synthetic or metallic fibers with different properties.

When fitted with non-original brushes, the machine can also be used for other applications such as surface cleaning, surface polishing, fine finishing sanding, and more.
