This used wood brushing machine RUSTIK MASTER 400 is designed for final surface finishing—fine sanding, texturing, smoothing, and other finishing operations. The specific surface treatment depends on the type of tool used—brush. The machine is intended for small and medium-sized wooden workpieces, as well as composite materials based on wood and certain plastics.

Surface finishing, texturing, and graining. These working procedures are used to finish the surface of primarily solid wood workpieces. The goal is to create or enhance the natural grain structure of the wood. Brushes are supplied in various hardness levels for this purpose. The choice of tool depends on the process requirements and the desired final structure. The working components of the tools are made of synthetic and metallic fibers with varying properties.

If fitted with other non-original brushes, the machine can also be used for additional operations such as surface cleaning, surface polishing, fine finishing sanding, and more.
