Flexibility: Windows and doors can be positioned according to your individual requirements at no extra charge (standard model).

Windows: 6 single-leaf windows (80 x 120 cm), white PVC, tilt-and-turn function, double glazed (thermal protection glass).

Door: 92 x 200 cm, EPS-insulated panel door.

Structure: Minimum 2 mm profile thickness at corners and chassis.

Insulation:

Walls: 5 cm PU-filled sandwich panels, RAL 9002 (Optional: EPS or rock wool).

Roof: 5 cm polyurethane (PU)-filled trapezoidal sandwich panels, RAL 9002.

LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS & UNLOADING
Production & Customs: Direct shipment from the factory in Turkey. We handle all customs clearance for you.

Delivery Condition: Units are delivered as partially assembled kits. All required connection materials are included. The final assembly (combining the modules) is carried out by the customer.

Shipping Options: As combined containers cannot be transported as one piece on standard trucks, you have the following options:

Flat-Pack (fully disassembled): The most compact solution for maximum transport cost savings.

Partially assembled kits (SKD): Delivered in three modules (approx. 900 kg each). Only the roof and interconnections need to be assembled. Advantage: Minimal assembly effort.

Note on Unloading: The customer is responsible for unloading at the destination. Due to the weight, a crane or suitable forklift is required. We will gladly refer you to local unloading service providers if required.

PAYMENT TERMS & INVOICING
Business Clients (B2B): 50% down payment upon order (Proforma), 50% before shipment.

Private Clients (B2C): 100% prepayment upon order (Proforma).
