Vollmer CHP250

CHP250 is an automatic machine designed for grinding the complete tooth geometry of carbide-tipped circular saw blades.

Model equipped with two CNC axes and full enclosure.

CHP250
On the CHP250, two CNC-controlled axes manage bevel grinding and the positioning of the grinding wheel. This enables every tooth geometry to be ground at the face or back of the tooth in a single pass.

A central lubrication system and an extraction unit are included.
Effective coolant (oil or emulsion) filtration is achieved with a Seitz band filter system, year 2010. Up to 3 machines can be connected to the filtration unit.
The machine features a stainless steel base. The condition is very good.
