Wachtel Columbus C516 / 96 VA1, Deck Oven, Year 03-2021, equipped with Weishaupt gas burner, 5 decks measuring 120 x 160 cm (double width), including 1 pull-out deck. Comes with matching proofing chamber (approx. 5.5 kW) with stainless steel proofing trolley and 8 loading peels. The oven can be removed from the building in one piece through a rear opening, the same way it was brought in by the manufacturer in 2021. Features digital computer control, '2-circuit' system, meaning the top two decks and the bottom three decks can operate at different temperatures. The burner and steam injection system (energy module) are installed beneath the decks.
