WATKISS BookMaster

The BookMaster brochure machine and the TrimMaster trimmer combine maximum performance with cost efficiency. They are easy to operate and low-maintenance, making them by far the most advanced, user-friendly, and reliable stitching-folding brochure machines on the market. The BookMaster features a unique stitching mechanism that ensures an almost maintenance-free operation. The main wear parts are housed within the staple cartridge and are replaced every 5,000 cycles when the cartridge is changed. This enables over one million cycles before a maintenance service for the stitch head is required. The BookMaster offers manual adjustments for page margins, end offset, and stitching/folding position.

The TrimMaster trimmer is equipped with a single, self-sharpening blade made of hardened steel for precise trimming of the book’s fore-edge. All trimming waste is conveyed outside the machine to an external waste container, enabling continuous operation.
