WATKISS SpineMaster

The Watkiss SpineMaster is a print finishing device that converts stapled booklets into SquareBack booklets, characterized by a flat, square spine. This technique gives stapled brochures a professional appearance similar to perfect bound products, improves stackability, and reduces volume. The device can be used in manual or automated systems (e.g., attached to a stapler or printing system).

Conversion from stapled to SquareBack booklets: The SpineMaster shapes the spine of conventional stapled brochures into a rectangular form.
Professional appearance: This gives the booklets a look similar to perfect binding, which is more attractive for print buyers.
Practical benefits: The flat, square spine makes stacking, storing, and transporting finished brochures easier. Additionally, the spine can be printed on, adding extra value.
Customization: Spine printing can be further enhanced using a separate device.
