During the overhaul, among other interventions, the bevel gear set was replaced with new and original components, and the frame was oven-painted.

Actual throughput: between 500/1,000 l/h, capacity measured by tests with your treated product. The actual capacity may vary significantly depending on the percentage of solid residues present in the product to be processed.

The machine is sold complete with the following accessories:
- Set of special keys for disassembling the bowl
- New electrical control panel with 11 kW inverter power section and discharge control section with PLC, all housed in a stainless-steel box.
The use of an inverter ensures smoother startups and significant reduction in power consumption and maintenance.
- New control water unit with 20-litre stainless steel tank, complete with float and stainless steel pump for consistently steady pressure
- Flow indicator
- Machine mounted on a robust platform with four M20 anti-vibration feet, made from square profiles
