Glue Star VS-3000-12

The Glue Star is designed for width and thickness wood lamination, with the glued joints being air-dried.
The Glue Star requires minimal floor space and can be modularly expanded according to the dimensions of the workpieces and the desired performance.
In addition, it is operator- and maintenance-friendly.
The glued timber is placed into the clamping units, which are located on an endless chain in each section, and can be quickly and easily adjusted to different workpiece sizes.
The machine is designed for material thicknesses from 25 to 90 mm.
For smaller or larger thicknesses, additional pressure elements (15–25 mm) must be used.
The clamping units can be tightened manually, with a manually operated hydraulic motor, or with an automatically controlled hydraulic motor.
