The Wolfking Y/D-REV is a powerful, highly efficient industrial grinder (block meat grinder) specifically designed for both pre-grinding and fine grinding of whole, hard blocks of frozen meat, fish, or poultry.

Thanks to its enormous 400 mm sieve diameter and a 33 kW drive operating at 250 A, the machine easily crushes and grinds frozen raw materials (down to -20°C) without any need for prior thawing or pre-chopping. This preserves the highest microbiological quality of the product and drastically shortens processing time.
