The DLA 600 series continuous fryer is designed for frying products in a continuous manner, ensuring consistent frying quality. Products are placed on the loading conveyor and are automatically transferred into the fryer vat. The transport conveyor then carries the product while fully submerged through the entire length of the fryer vat to the end. The submersion frying process significantly reduces frying time by up to 40%.

The fryer can be used not only for oil-based work. It is also suitable for use with water, broths, sauces, marinades, syrups, etc.
