AMTEC HPFS MINI PG15-L

Horizontal packaging machine for pre-made pouches, including auger filler for powdery products and linear weigher for granules or bulk materials. The auger filler and linear weigher are mounted on movable frames and can only be operated alternately; simultaneous pouch filling is not possible. Suitable for pre-made flat pouches, Doypacks, block-bottom or flat-bottom pouches. Tools and modules for specific pouch features such as zip/press seal, screw cap (spout), gusset design, batch/date coder, and gas flushing module can be integrated at an additional cost.

4-station version: 1st station for pouch pickup from magazine; 2nd station for pouch opening; 3rd station for pouch filling; 4th station for horizontal pouch sealing. The tools at each station are pneumatically driven. MITSUBISHI PLC, SMC vacuum filter, OMRON PID temperature control, AIRTAC cylinders.
