General Features of the Used Case Packer Apsol MCP2 3500 bph
APSOL built the Used Case Packer Apsol MCP2 3500 bph in 2007 as an automatic case packing machine for glass bottles. This model ensures reliable operation and supports a wide range of packaging configurations. Consequently, high-efficiency bottling lines can easily integrate this unit, as it remains fully operational and ready for use. In addition, its compact design allows manufacturers to optimize floor space without compromising performance.
Performance and Format Configuration
The Used Case Packer Apsol MCP2 3500 bph processes up to 3500 bottles per hour, maintaining consistent output even under demanding production schedules. Specifically, it handles bottles in 0.50 L, 0.75 L, and 1 L formats, packed in 4×3 and 3×2 case layouts. Therefore, operators can switch between formats with minimal downtime. As a result, the machine offers remarkable flexibility for producers of wine, oil, and other glass-bottled liquids. Moreover, the system supports both small and medium production batches, which adds to its versatility.

Gripping System and Number of Heads
The gripping system uses bell-shaped suction heads with air chambers, which apply pneumatic pressure to move glass containers gently. This way, the machine prevents damage during the pick-and-place process. Notably, it features two gripping heads operating in parallel, which significantly increases throughput. Additionally, the dual-head system distributes workload evenly, thereby enhancing mechanical longevity. In particular, this setup proves effective when handling fragile or tall bottles.
Automation and Control System
OMRON and TOSHIBA programmable logic controllers (PLCs) control the Used Case Packer Apsol MCP2 3500 bph, ensuring high automation reliability and ease of maintenance. Furthermore, technicians can quickly configure parameters thanks to the intuitive interface. Because of this, the machine adapts smoothly to diverse production scenarios. Operators access the control interface on the right-hand side, which improves ergonomics and reduces operational fatigue. Equally important, the PLC architecture allows remote diagnostics and rapid intervention in case of faults.
Safety, Dimensions, and Power Supply
The machine includes safety guards that comply with European regulations, thus ensuring operator protection. To illustrate, it features interlocked doors and emergency stop systems. It measures 3000 mm in length, 2400 mm in depth, and 2500 mm in height. In terms of energy, the unit operates on a 400 V, 50 Hz power supply and consumes 11 kW. Altogether, these features make the Used Case Packer Apsol MCP2 3500 bph a robust and scalable choice for mid-to-high-capacity bottling lines. Ultimately, the model combines mechanical reliability with flexible automation, making it a strategic investment for modern facilities.
