The CNC machine Bavelloni NRG420 is capable of performing the following tasks:
- Interior and exterior edging
- Drilling
- Milling
- Inscribing and engraving with diamond tools

- Pneumatic compressed air system to prevent dust and liquid ingress
- Double cooling system: direct internal cooling of the tool with clean water / external cooling with recirculating water via nozzles positioned around the tool
- Can process the following glass thicknesses: float glass 3-12 mm / laminated safety glass (VSG) 6-25.56 mm
- Electric supply: 3-phase 400V, 50/60Hz
- Control voltage: 24VDC

The machine will be available from the end of January 2026 and can currently be inspected in operation.
