Both the base and the movable platen frames are welded steel constructions made from single pieces. Bearings are bronze with special steel, shafts, pull arms, and helical gears are made from high-grade steel.

Extra-sharp eccentric bushings enable precision pressure adjustment. The eccentric bushings themselves are locked by safety gears to prevent any inadvertent adjustment changes.

The generous opening dimension and the platen opening in three end positions allow easy loading and unloading, achieving high hourly average productivity.

The guide support is low-maintenance. Continuous, single-cycle, or batch operation modes can be disabled. Impression accuracy with equalized balance is particularly high. Individual knives can be held with unchanged material without heavy
sheet alignment. Material waste is reduced and turning is minimized accordingly.

All pressure rails are mounted on a mechanically infinitely adjustable auxiliary bridge.

Free-standing working area ensures flawless feeding, proper die plate positioning, immediate clean waste removal, and clear view of the belt guides and feeding rollers.

The die-cutting pressure is distributed through the diameter of the die-cutting wheels over several large blocks, which in turn are seated solidly in the base, making the die-cutting process a stable unit with the foundation.

The entire machine is designed for 220/230 V ~ 50 Hz, apart from custom voltage requirements.

Power transmission and braking are via an electro-pneumatic clutch; a compressor with overpressure air tank is included. Central lubrication system is installed.

The pneumatic locking devices are fully integrated. During timed operation, a yellow warning lamp above the machine illuminates. An additional hand safety bar above the edge of the closed platen triggers an immediate stop of the platen when pressed.

The control cabinet, placed beside the machine, prevents vibration of electrical components. Upon request, it can be supplied with a rolling device and movable control hub.

A special switch system with adjustable bars for smaller formats and a SIMPLABEL drive for variable speeds can be supplied on request.
