Ceetec

The Ceetec A250 is a medium-sized machine from the range of coating equipment and is therefore perfectly suited for use in industrial and manufacturing facilities such as paint shops, joineries, sawmills, or building material depots offering facade boards, decking, soffit boards, structural timber, etc.

The device is most commonly used in manual operation mode, meaning that workpieces are fed and removed manually. Wooden elements are conveyed horizontally through the machine by an automatic feed system. The Ceetec A250 ensures high-quality finishing thanks to eight rotary brushes, each of which can be individually adjusted. Excess paint is recirculated in a closed circuit through a filter and back into the tank. The closed system ensures optimal paint usage. The machine is supplied complete with brushes and a bag filter, making it ready for operation as soon as it is plugged in. The Ceetec A250 is a standard unit, and therefore is kept in stock and can usually be delivered on short notice.

Brush coating machines from the A series are easy to clean. Consumable parts, which naturally wear out, are available from our warehouses, ensuring availability and short lead times. Thanks to the modular construction of the machines, the operator should be able to replace most parts without difficulty.

The machine can also be optionally equipped with various types of brushes, bag filters with different mesh sizes, roller tables, and finishing trolleys.

When processing raw wood, it is recommended to install a cleaning unit ahead of the machine to remove dust and shavings. The device is designed for use with water-based products.
