DAF XF AT-Boretec HS Bentonit-Misch-Recyclingsystem

DAF XF480 AT-Boretec HS2, approx. 1,900 operating hours, well-maintained, last inspection at 1,760 operating hours. The System Truck HS2 is a bentonite mixing and recycling system designed for use in complex drilling projects. Equipped with a 45 kVA generator, the HS2 delivers a powerful and reliable solution. The system includes ten cyclones and three centrifugal pumps, each with a power rating of 7.5 kW, ensuring efficient processing and conveyance of drilling fluid. The shaker features three flatscreen double-deck screens with a total of six sieves, providing thorough screening and cleaning. The total tank volume is 12,000 liters, distributed across three tanks, offering high capacity for drilling fluid. Additionally, the HS2 has a fresh water tank with a capacity of 1,100 liters. The System Truck HS2 is integrated into a BDF container module, providing maximum flexibility and mobility for deployment at various sites. The HS2 System Truck features an increased tank volume of 4,000 liters, resulting in a total capacity of 12,000 liters.

The three KSB centrifugal pumps with a delivery rate of 1,100 l/min (7.5 kW each) are powered by an underfloor-mounted 50 kVA generator.
