With a working radius of 1200 mm, the CR12A meets the requirements of heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster implementation
The CR12A utilizes the industry’s first dual-channel end effector design, which can be directly connected to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive detection of operating status.

More possibilities with high payload and large reach
The CR12A offers a working radius of 1200 mm and a maximum payload of 12 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR12A operates more stably and achieves 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface ports for greater flexibility
The CR12A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and integrates seamlessly with PLCs. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN wiring, allowing for straightforward application expansion.

High protection level for safe collaboration
The robot housing and control unit both meet the high IP54 protection rating. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR12A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system, which reduces the drop height of the end tool in case of power failure.
