Dobot CRAS Series
Equipped with SafeSkin for enhanced safety and increased efficiency. The CRAS Series is the improved version of the CRA Series. It offers the same features and performance as the CRA Series, further enhanced by SafeSkin technology for pre-collision detection to provide greater safety and more efficient collaboration.

Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CRAS Series, the CR16AS exceeds the payload limit of 16 kg, thereby opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1000 mm, the CR16AS meets the requirements for heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metal processing industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment
The CR16AS features the industry’s first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection with multiple end tools. It is also equipped with a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive identification of the operating state.
More possibilities with high payload and large working radius.
The CR16AS provides a working radius of 1000 mm and a maximum payload of 16 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16AS operates more stably and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 I/O ports for greater flexibility
The CR16AS supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and integrates seamlessly with PLC systems. It features 24 digital input/output ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuitry to facilitate easy expansion of applications.
High protection level for safe collaboration.
The robot housing and control unit feature the high IP54 protection rating. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR16AS is also equipped with innovative electromagnetic brake protection, which minimizes the end tool drop distance in the event of a power outage.
