With this model, only the application and removal of the film still need to be carried out manually. The unit is sturdily built, weighing 600 kg, and designed for loads of up to 1500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic features a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to a height of 2250 mm.

With adjustable speeds for both the turntable and the film carriage, as well as a mechanical brake, you can easily tailor the automated wrapping process to your products. Automatic pallet detection is standard, as are configurable top and bottom wraps. Available programs include 'up only' wrapping, 'up & down' (cross wrapping), as well as 'weatherproof' wrapping. The wrapper can also be operated manually if required.

If you need to use the wrapper at a different location, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift via integrated cut-outs.

An optional ramp and a photo sensor for detecting dark products or black film are available.

The KVK 1S Economic is our recommendation for transitioning from manual to automatic pallet wrapping with minimum investment. This machine is ideal for shippers handling up to approximately 10 pallets per workday.
