Purpose: The blancher is designed for the process of thermal treatment of vegetables and fruit.

Operating Principle:

Product loading is carried out by the operator. The operator ensures an even distribution on the conveyor belt. Blanching is performed by spraying with hot water in combination with the required belt speed. To maintain and improve water quality, the circulating water is continuously filtered through a stainless steel sieve.

The blancher consists of the following components:

· Modular conveyor belt with lateral guides
· Spray system for uniform water distribution and temperature application
· Belt cleaning system
· Water filtration system
· Continuously variable drive with automation module
· Steam heat exchanger
· Housing made of stainless steel 1.4435 or AISI 316L
· Equipped with three cleaning doors

The design ensures very easy maintenance of production hygiene and high ergonomics (closed profiles, easy cleaning of the entire construction, etc.). All weld seams are TIG welded under forming gas, pickled, and inspected.
