DESCRIPTION:
New transfer press – stored, never assembled.
COMPLETE with electronic beam transfer, adjustable 0 - 800 mm transfer stroke and 500-1300 mm distance between the transfer beams. Lifting stroke = 0-150 mm.
2 x T-slot sliding tables, extendable.
Maximum total tool weight: 20,000 kg, upper part max. 10,000 kg.
Slide weight balance by pneumatic cylinder.
Automatic pressure adjustment with target value input from the tool memory.
Lubrication: main bearings and gears are continuously lubricated via circulation lubrication.
LED tool area lighting. 2 additional operator panels, scrap guiding plates, press force measuring system, vibration elements by KTI.
