FASA ARU

ARU is an automatic packaging machine for foiling of processed cheese with aluminium foil with or without
tear strip.
The principal routine starts by applying the paper label on reel-fed heat sealed aluminium foil. Then wrapping
shells for rectangular briquette are formed and subsequently filled with processed cheese in the dosing station of
the machine. A lid of heat sealed aluminium foil is placed inside the filled briquette shell that is folded over the
lid then and sealed by heated pressure pads. Each briquette can have an internal easy opening tear strip that is
applied prior to paper label in the case of the set ARU with ARU-10.
Optional tear strip applicator ARU-10 can be attached to the new or used Fasa ARU machines as well as an
auxiliary for processed cheese foiling machines of other producers. Process of integrating the easy opening tear
strip goes as the first one in the briquette forming sequence. It is done by cutting-off OPP/OPP foil from two
rolls and heat-sealing shaped stripes to the aluminium foil creating a user friendly easy opening solution.
All external panels as well as parts and surfaces of the modernized ARU contacting with a product meet
relevant EU requirements for safety, hygienic and food safety. A set of an electric parts and electronics is made
using components supplied by Siemens, Omron, Festo, General Electric, Bonfiglioli, Rittal and other renowned
manufacturers, pneumatics - only by Festo. Output control is step-less and carried out via frequency converter.
The in-feed of the packaging material is controlled automatically and machine stops if roll ends-up or feed is
disrupted. The machine is supplied with the mechanical data impress as a standard (optionally PRINT-JET).
The compact design allowing saving precious production space, durability and steady performance ensured by
solid, long-run tested construction and simple maintenance are exclusive features of the ARU line.
