Açıklama
The existing window painting line was in full operation until 19.12.2025 inclusive. The system is currently still connected to the electrical supply network but is being replaced by a new robotic painting line as part of the turn of the year.
The objective is to find a suitable successor user who will professionally dismantle and remove the entire system independently at the beginning of the coming year.
System Concept Description
Loading and unloading of the traverses with window frames and sashes is carried out via a lifting-lowering station, allowing for ergonomic and process-safe feeding of the system.
Impregnation and priming of the workpieces take place in a vertical flood cabin. The coating is applied in a flooding process via vertically arranged spray nozzles. This is followed by a drip-off and drying zone, with the traverses guided in an inclined position.

The first drying tunnel has a buffer capacity of approx. 40 traverses. Drying is performed with warm air generated by a hot water system with a supply temperature of approx. 85°C.
A transfer section allows optional routing of the workpieces either to a second impregnation/priming process or directly to the subsequent coating station.
The coating station consists of a lifting stand equipped with integrated electrostatic application (E-Static). Coating is performed on one side, supplemented by an automated turning unit so that workpieces can be returned to the spray booth for a repeat coating cycle.
The second drying tunnel has a buffer capacity of approx. 50 traverses. Here, too, drying is performed with warm air via a hot water system at a supply temperature of approx. 85°C.
A buffer section after the second drying tunnel with a capacity of approx. 25 traverses serves as the transfer area to the unloading station.
