1. General System Description
The subject production system is a window and door manufacturing line of type Windor 60/100 by SCM Group, year 2005.
This is a CNC-controlled angle machining centre for industrial processing of frame and sash components. The system is designed for series production and enables precise, repeatable machining in integrated process steps.

2. Main System Components
2.1 Angle Machining Centre SCM Windor 60/100
The SCM Windor 60/100 features a modular design and is configured as an angle workstation. Machining takes place on a tenoning side and a profiling side, which are arranged at right angles to each other.
The machine combines multiple processes such as milling, drilling, grooving, rebating, and tenoning in a fully integrated CNC-controlled operation.

2.2 Fleximat Drilling Centre
The Fleximat drilling centre is integrated into the line and serves for precise drilling operations for joints and fittings.

2.3 Profiler Centre
The profiler centre is designed for profile-shaping milling operations and consists of two machining sides:

Right Side:
* Lifting spindle with height adjustment
* Use for variable profile and contour machining

Left Side:
* 24-position tool changer
* Automatic tool change to minimise set-up times
* Suitable for complex profile milling

2.4 Löwer Surface Grinding Machine
A surface grinding machine manufactured by Löwer is integrated into the production line.
The machine is used exclusively for surface grinding and serves to improve surface quality of machined components.

3. Control, Operation, and Safety
The system is equipped with CNC control, which manages all machining processes, tool changes, as well as feed and spindle movements.
Operation is partially or fully automated by trained specialists.

The safety equipment complies with the state of the art as of the time of installation (year 2005) and includes in particular:
* Mechanical safety guards and enclosures
* Emergency stop devices
* Safety interlocks on moving machine parts

4. Optional Extension: SCM Topset XL Planer (10-spindle)
To expand the existing machinery, a planer of type SCM Topset XL with 10 spindles is intended for installation.
The machine will be operated as a stand-alone machining station at a separate location within the production hall and is not directly integrated into the CNC control of the Windor system.

The system is available and can be dismantled at any time. Dismantling and transport must be organised by the buyer.
