Chassis: Low-bed Semi-Trailer
Steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable kingpin and two kingpin positions.
24 t two-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, straight lower section, without load equalisation.
Foldable rear support.
2 wheel chocks with holders.
Side underride protection in aluminium.
Quarter mudguards in front of and behind axles.
1st pair of wheel recesses behind the gooseneck, integrated into the low deck loading area, ramped for access. Lower length approx. 1600 mm, recess depth approx. 260 mm. Note: Main frame in this area is 260 mm higher than the wheel recess.
2nd pair of wheel recesses between axle A and B. Lower length approx. 350 mm, depth approx. 260 mm. Note: Main frame in this area is 260 mm higher than the wheel recess.
If wheel loaders are to be transported and overall height needs checking, please provide the technical datasheet for the specific wheel loader type (if total height is exceeded).
Wheel recess covers, pull-out from main frame, with wooden inserts.
Width extensions, extendable to 3,000 mm (not at rear bevel and not at bottom of wheel recesses).
Stowage compartment for wooden planks across the gooseneck, front crosswise.
Wooden planks 70 mm for extension to 3,000 mm.
Lashing Points - Low Loader
2 pairs of ring lashing eyes, each rated at 5 t, at the front of the gooseneck.
11 pairs of lashing mushrooms recessed into the top and side outer frame, each rated at 10 t:
2 x on gooseneck, 9 x distributed along the low bed; first lashing point 250 mm from front, last no more than 250 mm from rear, maximum spacing between lashing points 1,100 mm.
8 pairs of stake pockets recessed in the outer frame, internal dimensions 70 x 40 mm, or alternatively, 5 t ring lashing eyes inset in the floor instead of stake pockets.
Axles & Suspension
SAF drum brake axles.
Axle/chassis laser alignment – reduces tyre wear and fuel consumption.
Air suspension.

2 x 7-pin foolproof sockets at front.
1 x LED rotating beacon with bracket, switched via parking lights.
2 pairs of warning boards, double LED illuminated and extendable to 3,000 mm, removable with plug.

Floor
Gooseneck with steel/chequer plate covering.
Storage box integrated in transition slope to gooseneck.
Subsequently, 70 mm softwood floor; in lower wheel recesses and wheel arch area, steel/chequer plate covering.
Low-bed loading area including rear bevel: 9,100 mm.

Loading Ramps
Steel ramps, 2,800 mm long, 750 mm wide, laterally adjustable.
Additional ramp safety device at bottom.
