Manufactured for checkweighing of cartons conveyed on a conveyor belt with an accuracy of 20 g. (Specifically cartons containing glass bottles – full bottle inspection)

Cartons can move along the conveyor belt in close succession; the conveyor section of the checkweigher spaces them out for accurate weighing (spacing is achieved using slower and faster conveyor belts).

Measuring range: 400 g to 20,000 g (0.4 – 20 kg).

If a carton is detected to have an incorrect weight after weighing, it is ejected by a pneumatic piston from the conveyor belt onto an inspection area. The checkweigher then issues a warning signal with a red beacon and an audible alarm for the operator to inspect the carton. (After ejecting a defective carton, the checkweigher continues standard operation, weighing successive cartons on the conveyor.)
