Formit limited Duplex F1

The Formid Limited is a roll forming line equipped with an electrically extendable support system for roll forming sets up to 800 mm. The drive is operated manually via a bevel gearbox. It can be combined into a single electrical system and measures the width of the spacing.

It features 45 mm shafts, 12 keyways, and a shaft spacing of 145 mm. The centre-to-centre distance between axes is 250 mm. The shafts have a minimum distance of 200 mm from each other and 800 mm from one another. The drive is provided by a 380-volt electric motor with 15 kW output. The system is suitable for profiles with frequently varying centre widths.

It is equipped with centre roller supports to hold the lower layer of the steel strip, which in turn supports the substrate of the profile strip in a specific profile. This line also features 16 stations.
