DESCRIPTION:
Frame constructed from welded and stabilized steel. The slide is also made of welded steel, guided by four rails, and features a base designed for oil recovery.
The drive from the motor shaft to the eccentric shaft is via a gearbox with ground gears, which allows for operation with high tonnage at relatively low nominal speeds.

The clutch-brake is electropneumatically operated and equipped with a dual safety solenoid valve and crossed flow system. The pneumatic system includes a compensation tank, filter-regulator-lubricator group with a pressure switch and safety valve.

Centralized automatic lubrication with a progressive lubrication system.
Electrical panel with programmable Omron or Pilz PLC, and Siemens or Schneider electrical components.
Operation via two-hand push buttons and low-voltage electric foot pedal.
Safety is provided by photoelectric light curtains and side covers equipped with safety microswitches for access control.
Emergency stop buttons included.
