Gildemeister CTX 620 linear

For sale is a high-quality CNC lathe of the type Gildemeister CTX 620 Linear, year of manufacture 2004. The machine underwent a comprehensive overhaul and technical reconditioning in 2025, with various components replaced. This overhaul was performed by DMG Used Machine and alone cost €60,000.

Summary of the main works carried out during the overhaul:
- Addition of a steady rest (SMW), clamping range 90-350mm
- Replacement of drag chain (Z axis)
- Replacement of all components in drag chains X and Z (cables, hoses, fittings, etc.)
- Tailstock repair

The machine features a 12-position tool turret VDI 50 (Duplomatic), 6 tool holders for driven tools, and a 400 mm Berg (KH400) chuck. Control system: Heidenhain.
