Hacona SD-420 Industrial Impulse Sealer, orange, with double sealing bar (TWIN SEAL), equipped with 2 timers and a safety knife.

This sealing device, with a seal length of 420 mm, is ideal for users who want to quickly and easily create and/or close bags using an impulse sealer. The SID-Type features two parallel, 5 mm wide sealing wires. One of these wires can be independently deactivated via a switch. The integrated cutter blade slices between the two sealing seams. Both sealing and cooling times are steplessly adjustable. You can easily seal Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, and Polyamide. Laminates such as PE with paper or PE with aluminum foil can also be processed effortlessly with the SID-Type.

Sealing and cooling times are separately adjustable / Sealing and cooling temperatures are electronically controlled. Two dials on the side of the machine allow electronic control of the sealing and cooling processes, delivering optimal results. The sealing wire is kept under tension by a special tension device.
