STANDARD DESCRIPTION:

Our SH series horizontal ram hydraulic press is available in three different power ratings ranging from 100 to 250 tonnes.
Horizontal hydraulic presses are specifically designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams.
The horizontal design of the machine allows for easy handling of large beams and profiles. The latest generation HS series horizontal hydraulic press has evolved to offer versatility in applications, such as the ability to incorporate a wide range of tooling.
They operate at a hydraulic pressure of less than 350 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The SH series horizontal straightening hydraulic presses feature an electro-welded “C”-frame structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. It is calculated and designed using finite element analysis software. This ensures our high standards of robustness, precision, and quality at all times.
The presses are equipped with an anti-rotation main push cylinder and a rear support table made from high-strength steel and machined with DIN 650 T-slots. Standard features include support blocks made from C45E steel. Two adjustable-height guide rollers are fitted as standard, one on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear guides.
Cylinder actuated by lever-operated hydraulic distributor. Equipped with a removable block to prevent piston damage.
Single-speed motorized hydraulic unit.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND SAFETY
Electrical system equipped with a motor-protector and emergency stop.
Delivered with a glycerine pressure gauge reading in tonnes and hydraulic oil.
Compliant with all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE standards.
Instruction manual included.

• Basic infeed rails from 3,000 mm to 12,000 mm with adjustable height.
