The Ilapak Delta 3000 industrial flowpack is one of the most renowned horizontal HFFS (Horizontal Form Fill Seal) packaging machines on the market, designed for continuous high-output operation. Delta 3000 series machines feature a construction based on multi-axis servo drive technology, which ensures precise control of film feed, product positioning, and cutting of finished packs. The LDR version with bottom film feed is an ideal solution for packaging products with irregular shapes, sticky consistency, or those prone to deformation (e.g., fresh meat, cheese, bakery items with or without trays, medical products).

The unit on offer is factory-equipped with an advanced Markem-Imaje laser marking system. The use of a laser coder enables contactless, durable, and highly aesthetic marking of expiry dates, batch numbers, or barcodes directly onto the packaging film as it is unwound, eliminating the need for costly thermal transfer ribbons or ink. To ensure complete operator safety and workplace cleanliness, a dedicated, high-performance BOFA ES400i extraction system is included with the set. Its purpose is the immediate extraction and neutralization of fumes and microscopic particles generated during laser ablating of the film, protecting both operator airways and the laser optics from contamination.
