INDEX C200

The INDEX C200 - manufactured in 2009, is a powerful CNC production turning center equipped with a FANUC 31i control system, main and counter spindles, and a 65 mm bar capacity. This machine features the high-specification three-turret configuration, with Turrets 1 and 2 each supporting X, Z, and Y axes, while Turret 3 is dedicated to machining operations on the counter spindle. All three disc turrets have 10 stations each, enabling highly flexible complete machining thanks to driven tools with up to 6,000 rpm. With gantry part removal, conveyor belt, C-axes on both main and counter spindles, and high-performance spindle drives, the machine is especially suited for productive series manufacturing of complex turned/milled parts.
