You are looking at a latest-generation blast chiller/freezer from the manufacturer Irinox, type MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multifunctional MultiFresh blast chiller is your new assistant in the kitchen, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN containers. Maximum loading: 95 kg. The unit features a 10" touch display and can both rapidly chill and shock-freeze. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and ensures odor neutrality. This is the Essenziell Turbo model for rapid chilling & shock-freezing (without warm-keeping functions). The cooling unit is air-cooled. The door is hinged on the left, and the unit comes with a core temperature probe with 5 measuring points. The unit is equipped with castors—two of which are lockable.

Currently, 30 rails for 2/1 GN trays are included, allowing for 15 shelves.
Additional GN rails or wider rails for 60x40 cm bakery standard can be ordered. One pair of 1/1 GN support rails is €36 net, one pair of bakery standard rails €69 net plus shipping.
There is also the option of using a multirack for double the number of 1/1 GN shelves.
