Machine Description:

The machine listed belongs to the series of static operating machines, meaning all processing operations across the machine are performed while the cardboard is stationary. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are carried out automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Carton Cutting Automaton):

Linear cross-cutting unit for head-to-foot cutting and cross cuts on the cardboard.

Linear cross-creasing unit for cross creases on the cardboard.
(Delivered as cross creaser or cross creaser with perforation option)

7 longitudinal creasing units from above for longitudinal creases on the cardboard
7 longitudinal cutting units for longitudinal cuts

2) 4-Position Carton Magazines

5 carton magazines provide storage and feeding of raw cardboard blanks to the processing machine.
Stack height for continuous corrugated board up to max. 2,200 mm possible

3) Control Cabinet, Control System, Electronics:

Contains all components required for operating and controlling the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens.
