The vertical 5,000-litre storage and process tank is a standard piece of equipment designed for use in the food processing industry. Factory-designed and certified for the storage and internal transportation of salad mayonnaise, it is also ideal for handling high-viscosity media such as cold sauces, ketchup, mustard, liquid fats, oils, or ready-to-use dressing bases.

The tank is distinguished by its slender, vertical design (diameter 1,800 mm, height nearly 5 metres), which allows for optimal use of floor space in machine rooms or production halls. Manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel, it ensures full chemical neutrality—having no impact on taste, smell, or the physicochemical properties of stored food emulsions. The vessel is engineered for elevated temperature operation (up to 50 °C), enabling the direct intake and maintenance in liquid form of products following thermal processing or pasteurisation.
