Two-line EBS compressed air braking system according to EC directives, with ALB control and parking brake as spring actuator, automatic slack adjusters. Duomatic brake connection installed bottom right.
Suspension:
Air suspension with lift and lower function
Chassis:
Robust welded construction, formed from high-strength fine-grain steel plates and torsion-free welded. The longitudinal and cross members form a flat level with the main frame, ensuring high floor load capacity through short support distances. Stabilization: 3 crank supports each at the front and rear on both right and left (central lifting and lowering operation on right side)
Tyres:
4 x 385/65 R22.5 (manufacturer at our discretion) on steel rims
1.7 Towing device:
Central tube drawbar (low-coupled), hot-dip galvanized with 50 mm DIN towing eye, non-adjustable in height, rigid version. Coupling height to match your truck.
Electrics:
In accordance with StVZO regulations, protected installation, 5-chamber tail lights integrated in underrun protection, Euro plug, 15-pin socket, 2 red position lights above rear portal. ABS with connection cable. 2 position lamps on underrun protection. Marker lights right and left on the rear stanchion.
Floor:
Made of 24 mm thick plywood panels for vehicle construction, underside film-coated for moisture protection, top with non-slip textured finish, laid flush, perimeter sealed.
Front wall:
Made of special plastic vehicle construction panels, closed up to the roof, with a centrally recessed vertical strut.
Side walls:
ZIKUN folding swing mechanism.
Continuous side wall, horizontally divided. Lower side wall folds down, causing the upper wall to swing onto the roof mechanically. The lever mechanism, spring-assisted, is mounted to the front wall. Thus, no mechanical parts protrude into the load area or corner posts. Power transmission via torsion tube in the roof enables smooth operation of the side wall panels in any position.
Important: When open, the lower side wall stands vertically against the vehicle. Flat, smooth loading access at front wall without obstructing stanchions. Upper side wall panels made of special 25 mm aluminum composite panels. Central locks fitted on left and right.
Roof:
Fixed roof made of steel bows with permanently bonded aluminum sheets, exterior powder-coated white RAL9010.
Forklift guard:
Continuous welded steel collision bar on both sides for forklift protection.
