The NZ2000 T3Y2 features 2 spindles and 3 turrets. Two turrets have Y-axis functionality with an integrated milling motor, enabling simultaneous machining with three turrets. High-performance and high-speed machining is possible using up to 48 live tool stations. Automatic loading is performed by a Lehmann robot with infeed and outfeed conveyors for shafts. The machine has been maintained by the in-house maintenance department and Mori Seiki.
