We are offering this used PIA Automation production line for surgical disposable masks, year of manufacture 2020. The line was operated for only 2.5 years in single-shift operation and is in 'very good' condition. The production line also includes an integrated compressed air supply as well as a packaging and shrink-wrapping unit. Additionally, the buyer will receive raw material sufficient for the production of approximately 300,000 surgical disposable masks.

Concept:
The line consists of three main units, interconnected via conveyor belts. In the first segment, the individual consumables are supplied via rolls, folded, the nose wire is integrated, ultrasonically welded, and then cut to the correct length. The precision-cut masks are then transported via an indexing conveyor and transport belts to the next line sections, which are arranged in parallel. In these sections, the ear loops are fed in and welded onto the mask body.
