The F200 XL is a 3-station machine suitable for deburring, grinding, and/or edge rounding of small sheet metal parts. This deburring machine features a grinding unit as the first processing station, followed by two combination brushes. The grinding belt removes burrs or provides the product with a fine line finish. The brushes ensure the desired edge rounding and give the surface an even finish.

The F200 XL can be equipped with either a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals, e.g., stainless steel and aluminum) or a magnet system (for ferrous metals). These systems provide effective fixation of the workpieces on the conveyor table, enabling even the smallest parts (from 10 x 10 mm with the magnet system) to be processed safely, smoothly, and quickly. It is no coincidence that at Q-Fin we believe in a narrow machine for small components. In many cases, the throughput speed of this machine is up to 5 times higher than that of comparable machines.
