The F200 XL is a 3-station machine designed for deburring, grinding, and/or rounding small sheet metal parts. This deburring machine is equipped with a grinding unit as the first processing station, followed by two disc brushes. The grinding belt removes burrs or provides the product with a fine surface finish. The brushes ensure the desired edge rounding and give the surface a uniform finish.

The F200 XL can be equipped with either a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals such as stainless steel and aluminum) or a magnetic system (for ferrous metals). These systems provide effective fixation of the products to be processed on the conveyor table, ensuring even small workpieces (from 10 x 10 mm when using the magnetic system) can be processed safely, smoothly, and quickly. At Q-Fin, we are firmly convinced of the benefits of a narrow machine for small workpieces. In many cases, the throughput speed of this machine is five times higher than that of comparable machines.
