Pos 3 Extensions for the Flooding Unit
1 drip channel and surface in the evaporation area after the flooding unit
After flooding, the transport bars enter a drip buffer. The dripping coating material is returned to the flooding unit via a PP (non-stick) collection surface (and collection channel). Rinse water is collected and pumped out. The PP design of the paint-contact surfaces allows for easy cleaning of dried paint.
