Vacuum Evaporator – 57,000 L/Day | Industrial Wastewater and Process Water Treatment

General Description

The offered vacuum evaporator (57,000 L/day) originates from a project for the treatment of process water and digestate at a biogas producer association in Southern France.
The plant was fully installed but never put into operation. It remains in as-new, factory-preserved condition and is immediately available.

The evaporator is designed as a thermally efficient vacuum system, serving for the reduction of volume, concentration, and recovery of aqueous liquid waste.

Combined with a downstream reverse osmosis unit, it is ideal for applications requiring both clean distillate and highly concentrated nutrient or saline solutions.
