The stretch wrap machine is fully operational and currently still in daily use.

Availability: The complete system is still fully integrated into production and can be inspected under operating conditions by prior arrangement.

- Robust 4-column construction

- Variable head and foot wrap cycles can be set
- Programmable wrapping cycles
- Blower unit: This unit blows the film start underneath the load for secure wrapping
- Pre-stretch system P.G.S.A. (see section 1.5 / 1.5.1):
Reduces film consumption and increases load stability
- With this pre-stretch system, the tension applied from the film to the load can be adjusted via the dancer roller
- Siemens S7-200 PLC with free-standing control cabinet
- Machine operating and information texts via operator display
- Three-color signal tower for operational status indication
- Machine equipped with Robopac standard components
- Electrical installation according to IP 54 protection class
- Documentation included

- Machine complies with CE and EMC standards
Safety light barriers at infeed and outfeed (Robopac Sistemi standard)
According to EU machinery directive (Directive 89/392/EEC), the system is CE-marked and supplied with a declaration of conformity
- Machine equipped according to European Safety Standards with EMC (89/336/EEC) and excerpts from EU standards EN 292, EN 294, EN 811, EN 60204
- Machine is fully assembled and tested prior to delivery
- Packaging is suitable for truck transport (machine mounted on wooden pallet, covered with film)
