Rotopack Rotary Ice Cream Filler (Year of Manufacture: 2023)

For sale is a Rotopack rotary filling machine for ice cream in cups, year of manufacture 05 / 2023.
This is a former exhibition and demo unit, purchased in 2023 as a second machine from the same manufacturer for a planned second production line. However, the machine was never put into regular operation, as production at the company was discontinued shortly thereafter.

Subsequently, it was used for 4 months by a German ice cream manufacturer as a replacement machine while their main filler was being repaired.

The machine therefore has very few operating hours and is in excellent, well-maintained condition.

Technical Features

- Designed for filling ice cream into cups (currently set up for 125 ml, other formats available on request)
- Constructed entirely from stainless steel and anodized aluminum
- Pneumatically assisted electromechanical operation
- Fast format changeover
- Complies with all applicable food safety laws and EC directives

Functionality

The machine fills ice cream cups and can seal them either with overcap lids or sealing film, as required.
The manufacturer can offer an upgrade to enable both sealing and lidding in a single process step.

Current Configuration

- Set up for 125 ml cups
- Tooling kits for other formats can be custom-made by the manufacturer

Stations (6 in total, 5 currently equipped):
1. Cup feeding
2. Filling
3. Film application or lid feeding
4. Heat sealing station
5. Free (optionally for further upgrades)
6. Discharge

The photos show the machine partly in new condition. In the meantime, it has been used productively for 4 months as a stand-in unit.
