A complete powder packaging line from DL Packaging consists of:

- An SDX dosing system with a customised auger screw, specifically developed for the customer’s powder characteristics.
- A VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) packaging machine that forms, fills, and seals the bags.
- An outfeed conveyor which gently receives and transports the filled bags.
- A cartoning machine that automatically places the bags into cartons.

Our systems can handle any type of powder product from 5 to 30 kg, including milk powder, coffee, spices, sugar, and fine chemicals.
We offer multiple packaging styles—pillow bags, block bottom pouches, stand-up pouches, doypacks, and stabilo bags—with production speeds of up to 100 bags per minute.
