The advantage of the pallet changer machine is that the operator does not have to manually handle pallets during replacement, and the product is placed on the pallet in the same position as originally.

A pallet changer is lightweight and flexible in operation.
This machine can replace around 30 pallets per hour and can handle a wide variety of products.

How a pallet changer works
The pallet changer machine tilts the product together with the existing pallet back 120 degrees and lowers the existing pallet down to ground level. Then, the pallet is replaced with a new one, which is positioned beneath the product. The entire load is then tilted back and now stands on the new pallet.
