This premium-quality production line is engineered for manufacturing high-tolerance welded steel tubes with superior surface finish and outstanding dimensional accuracy. Designed to meet the stringent demands of the automotive, furniture, and high-quality tube fabrication sectors.
The tube line has been developed to ensure exceptional dimensional tolerance, achieving values up to ±0.05 mm, producing tubes up to 660 N/mm². It features a strip washing tunnel that removes oils and contaminants, providing optimal welding conditions and consistent surface quality.
A key component is the in-line cold rolling unit with Vollmer thickness control, enabling precise adjustment of the strip thickness prior to forming. This system allows controlled thickness reductions from 0.03 mm to 0.3 mm, enhancing material homogeneity and process repeatability.

The individually motorized sizing stands (Siemens electric drives, 2024) ensure maximum stability, flexibility, and repeatability during production.
The forming and welding section is fitted with an EFD Weldac High Frequency Welder (2019), tungsten carbide rolls, ceramic rolls in the welding area, and all tube-contacting parts are designed to be non-marking—making the line ideal for decorative and high-spec tubes. The sizing section and in-line inspection systems deliver excellent roundness and inside diameter tolerances of ±0.08 mm.
Cutting operations are performed by a MAIR flying saw (2019) with CNC control and non-marking clamping jaws, enabling optimized cutting cycles and high productivity. The line also includes eddy current testing, demagnetizing, defect marking, cleaning, and anti-corrosion oiling systems, providing total control over final product quality.
