SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL Vertical Storage Lift

The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automatic vertical storage lift designed for efficient storage and order picking of small parts based on the goods-to-person principle. It features high storage density and ergonomic operation.

Functions and Advantages
Goods-to-person principle: The system automatically brings the requested tray to the access opening, minimizing walking distances for staff.

Space Optimization: The Logimat measures the height of stored items and dynamically optimizes storage height, resulting in extremely high storage density with a minimal footprint.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at various height levels to ensure ergonomic retrieval. Optionally, reach depth into the tray can be further reduced to minimize operator strain.

Software Integration: The storage lift is equipped with a standard PLC control and can be integrated via interfaces into customer WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP). The in-house WAMAS® Logimat software solution is also available.

Robustness: The system is fitted with two helical rack-and-pinion drives, allowing robust, precise, and reliable vertical transport of the trays—even with off-center loads.
