SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL Storage Lift

The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automatic vertical storage lift designed for the efficient storage and picking of small parts following the goods-to-person principle. It features high storage density and ergonomic operator comfort.

Goods-to-Person Principle: The system automatically brings the requested tray to the access opening, minimizing walking distances for personnel.

Space Optimization: The Logimat measures the height of stored items and dynamically optimizes storage space, resulting in very high storage density on a minimal footprint.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at various heights for ergonomic retrieval. Optionally, the reach depth into the tray can be further reduced to decrease the strain on operators.

Software Integration: The storage lift comes with a standard PLC control system and can be integrated via interfaces into customer WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP). The in-house software solution WAMAS® Logimat is also available.

Durability: The system is equipped with two helical-toothed racks, ensuring robust, precise, and reliable vertical tray transport, even under eccentric loading.
