Description for the diagram:

1 – Infeed table with cleaner (air blower), equipped with a brush spanning the table width to remove residual dust from the workpieces.
2 – Roller lacquer applicator No. 1.
3 – Roller lacquer applicator No. 2.
4,5 – UV lamp with conveyor – one overhead lamp provides illumination.

6 – Quick Wood System RO1400 brushing machine.
7 – Venjakob spray booth – equipped with 8 spray guns.
8,9,10,11,12 – Mechanical airflow drying tunnel with overhead nozzle ventilation, allowing for temperature and airflow adjustments in 3 separate zones.
13,14 – UV lamp with conveyor – two lamps positioned at an angle to the workpiece to also cure the edges.
15 – Four-roller brushing machine with individual height and speed adjustment for each roller.
16 – Intermediate sanding outfeed table.
17 – Surface cleaner (air blower) for fine dust removal.
18 – Venjakob spray booth – features a single circuit, with the option to switch to a second circuit by changing the spray gun rack (a spare rack is included) and toggling the pump (two pumps are included in the set).
19 – Roller conveyor, with loading prepared for the dryer by photodetectors.
20 – 14-shelf drying chamber.
22 – Outfeed table with two speed levels, depending on the lacquering line unloading speed.
